Subscriptions to Kuddl Premium renew automatically unless cancelled in advance.
To avoid being charged, make sure to cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. If you cancel later, the payment may already be processing and you could still be charged.
The steps to cancel depend on how you signed up for Kuddl Premium. This article will guide you through the right process based on your purchase method.
- You signed up via app
- You signed up via web
- Your partner signed up for both of you
1. I signed up via app
To cancel your subscription:
- Open the app on your mobile device
- Access the settings, from the Profile tab
- Tab Manage Subscription
- Choose Cancel Subscription and follow the steps
Important: If you subscribed directly through the app, your membership is managed via your Apple ID or Google Play account, depending on your device. To cancel, head to your Apple or Google account settings and confirm the cancellation there. Tapping “Cancel Subscription” in the Kuddl app will redirect you to the right place.
2. I signed up via web
If you signed up via the web, you can cancel your subscription directly through the customer portal of our payment provider, Stripe.
- Click here to access your account
- Enter the email address you used to sign up
- Stripe will send you a secure login link via email
- Open the email and click the link to access your customer portal
- Once logged in, click “Cancel Subscription”
3. My partner signed up for Kuddl Premium for both of us
Note: If your partner purchased the subscription for both of you, only they can manage or cancel it from their account.
You shouldn't be charged separately, as the subscription is tied to their purchase.
