How do I get a refund?

We stand behind the value of our product and want you to feel confident in giving it a try. If you’ve fully committed to using Kuddl for 30 days and don’t feel your sex life has improved, we’ll refund your purchase.

Eligibility Criteria:

To qualify for a full refund, you must meet all of the following conditions:

  • 30 Days of Active Use - You must have completed at least one lesson per day for 30 consecutive days starting from the day of purchase.
  • No Noticeable Improvement - After completing the 30-day streak, if you don’t feel any improvement in your sex life, you’re eligible to request a refund.
  • Request Within 30 Days - Refund requests must be submitted within 45 days of purchase.

How to Request Your Refund:

Please include the following:
  • Your account email address
  • Your purchase date
  • A brief note confirming you completed one lesson each day and didn’t feel any improvement

We’ll review your usage data to confirm eligibility. If everything checks out, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds will not be granted for accounts that did not meet the 7-day lesson streak requirement.
  • Each user is only eligible for one refund under this guarantee.
  • This policy applies to first-time purchases only.
